John Alverson of Richmond County Virginia Planter, son of Telief Alverson Sen'r, deceased, late of Richmond County Virginia, Planter. Telief Alverson Sen'r being an alian, and was never naturalized whereby his lands revert as escheat. And it appearing that the S'd John Alverson is a native of the Dominion. Escheat Deed Dated 31 July 1736 on the main branch of the Totaskey, commonly called the Reedy branch. Estimated one hundred ninety two acres.
