In the name of God, Amen. I Teliff Alverson, Junior, of the parish of Farnham in the county of Richmond being sick and weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for it, do nominate and declare this my last will and testament revoking and annuling all other wills and testament here to fore by me made either by word or writing and this only to be taken for my last will and testament. I bequeath my soul to God who grant and my body to be buried by extors here after named. I give and bequeath to my dear wife Rebecca Alderson all the tobb, that is out due to me in Henry Brindles hand eight hundred and thirty p'd of tobb. and five hudred in Richard Jones hand and five hundred more in Francis Jones hand that lived upon my plantation last year and besides John Dunlap owe me three hundred pounds of tobb upon the account of one year rent. I give and bequeath to my daughter Alderson 2 beds and furniture belonging to them a cubbard and a small jest 2 dishes 2 basins and a new pot and pot hook. I give and bequeath to my wife the other 2 beds and furniture belonging to them the great jest and 2 dishes and half a dozen plates and a copple of barous and all the rest there is to my wife and lastly I nominate and appoint my wife to be my heires extors of this my last will and testament as witness my hand and seal this 28th day of December 1718 I give to Lewis Pugh the value of ten shillings.
